Shadowforce - initial thoughts

Thanks to everyone who took part in the dry run for Shadowforce Archer on 04 May 2014.

I think I learnt a few lessons and now know I have some more work to do before I'm ready to run Shadowforce Archer.

1) Get a grip on the rules that are additional to base Spycraft (e.g. psionics).

2) Commit the history/personalities of the setting to memory - I was getting my Archers mixed up at one point.

3) Find a way to make the campaign more distinctively Shadowforce Archer and less generic modern horror/Delta Green/GURPS Black Ops, etc.

In the meantime, here's a suggested playlist of music to set the right atmosphere. It's heavy on the demented offspring of EDM and Metal, known as Industrial...

I'd especially recommend 'Engel' by Rammstein and 'Vortex' by Spahn Ranch.
